The Leading and Working in Hybrid Teams workshop supports the participants to navigate the hybrid work model and new ways of working, and to foster adaptation, resilience and effectiveness in evolving environments. It focuses on nurturing trust and psychological safety within teams, emphasizing autonomy, alignment, accountability, and effective collaboration in hybrid settings. Through working on their real-work examples, participants can directly apply the principles learned and achieve real impact on their performance in their hybrid teams.
Prior to the workshop, participants complete a Pre-Workshop Survey to ascertain their objectives, strengths and performance risks in Leading and Working in Hybrid Teams. During the workshop, the participants complete a self-rating along the criteria of the High Performing Hybrid Team Assessment to guide their understanding of effective team collaboration and, based on their results, the content and approach are tailored to the needs of the group. During the 1–2-day workshop, experiential and social learning activities, peer exercises, case-studies etc. uncover hybrid work challenges and the participants collaboratively work on identifying solutions to their individual and group challenges.
The High Performing Hybrid Team Framework provides a blueprint for effective Hybrid Teamwork; fostering Trust and Relationships, Collaboration, Communication and Performance Management. The blueprint can be directly applied by the participants to their hybrid teams.
Upon completion, participants receive certification and a badge, validating their successful completion of the workshop.
